The Storm Standard vest is designed to protect your dog against the elements of the cold weather, and abraision while working in the field. They are built with a 1.9 oz layer of black ripstop nylon inside for a smooth surface aginst the dog and a 1000D Cordura exterior(500D if camoflauge is chosen) layer for excellent water and abrasion resistance. The exterior layer is available in various colors to suit your environment. This vest is available in an uninsulated version for strictly abraision resistance in the field or you have the option of three grades of thinsulate insulation that can be added to the vest to suit the climate. Thinsulate grades are available in a 40 light wieght, 150 med. wieght and a 200 full wieght. These vests have adjustability within the size you choose, sizes available in
XS, S, M, L, (see picture reference for sizing below).

Same fetures as standard vest with cargo pockets(removable)for hauling gear and a sinch strap along back of vest for carying bed roll,tarp,ect.
HS Storm Mushing Vest
The mushing style vest was designed specifically for keeping your sled dogs warm so they stay in peak proformance. HS Storm Mushing vests have been trail tested in the Alaska Iditerod and have proven there proformance all the way to nome. These vest are made with an interior and exterior layer of 1.9oz ripstop nylon. The exterior layer is available in various colors. The vests have adjustability within the size and are available in S,M,L. Option of 40g, 150g, 200g thinsulate insulation. All vests come with rear genital under guard strap as well as well as belly strap for your male sled dogs protection.
